After a plane crash, a small group of people find themselves stranded on a deserted island. Food and water are limited, but the real danger arises when the island is overrun by a swarm of supernatural flies. The bites of these creatures cause hallucinations, madness, and transform people into aggressive creatures. The survivors try to build shelter, find a way to prevent the bites, and solve the island's mystery. After discovering an abandoned sanctuary, they learn of an ancient curse. To get out alive, they will have to either destroy the source of the evil or become part of it forever.
