Paneer - 320 gms
Kaju | Cashew - 1/4 cup
Ingredients for Gravy:
Ghee | Clarified Butter - 2 Tbsp
Sabut Kali Mirch | Black Peppercorn - 1/4 Tsp
Elaichi | Green Cardamom - 2 pcs
Laung | Cloves - 3 pcs
Tej Patta | Bay Leaf - 1
Jeera | Cumin - 1 Tsp
Onion (Finely Chopped) - 2 Cups
Hari Mirch | Green Chilli Slit - 3 to 4
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tbsp
Haldi | Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp
Kashmiri Lal Mirch | Hot Red Chili powder - 1/2 Tsp
Dhaniya | Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp
Namak - Salt - 2 Tsp
Tomato Puree - 1 Cup
Degi Red Chilli Powder ( For Color ) - 1 Tbsp
Cashew Paste of 14 to 16 Cashews
Cream - 1/2 Cup
Water - 2 Cups ( Add more for more Gravy, we made it as s semi gravy recipe)
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Kasoori Methi | Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1/2 Tbsp
Honey - 1.5 Tsp
Garnish with some Cream , Cilantro and Kaju
