Testing the Breville Smart Grinder Pro

Hey everyone! Today, I’m excited to share that I picked up some new coffee beans from Java Love. I decided to dust off my Breville Smart Grinder Pro—a grinder I rarely use because I typically stick to flat burr grinders. But I wanted to give it a fair shot and see if it could compete with my go-to grinders.

The extraction of my espresso shot seems solid, but the flavor comes across as a bit sweet and hollow, without any distinct notes standing out. I'll experiment with the same beans over the next couple of days, using the Smart Grinder to tweak the results.
