Amira Musallam's in laws were evicted from their land which has since been taken over by armed Israeli settlers with plans to build a new Jewish community.

Amira says they have papers from the Israeli supreme court proving the land is theirs. But so far authorities are not removing the squatters. Protestors—both Israelis and Palestinians alike—have set up a 24/7 vigil on the site to draw attention to the issue which is part of a wider phenomenon of land grabs on disputed territories.
