Welcome to 2024 🙏 A new year, a clean slate, a fresh take 🌱

Each year, I use this this time as a marker to call my awareness to patterns in my life; thinking critically about how each one serves me. My habits, my relationships, my perceived responsibilities.
It's eye opening how often I realize these are no loner serving my highest good. In these moments, that realization sparks a new beginning, a better year, a better me.

I developed this sound bath with exactly this process in mind. To facilitate reflection and the start of a new beginning.

🔴 Notice the deep frequency of the Root chakra singing bowl. Let it ground you in your new decisions.
🟡 Feel the Solar Plexus frequency flowing through your body. Let it ignite strength and conviction to follow through with those decisions.
