Vanlove Fest 2023 - Elvington Airfield, York

In June 2023 we attended the second Vanlove Fest which was really enjoyable. We got to meet lots of great people and have a lovely time.

Held between Friday 23rd June and Sunday 25th June 2023 on the iconic Elvington Airfield near York in North Yorkshire, England.

With over 500 vans of all shapes and sizes lined up in 2 rows over 1.1 miles along the runway at Elvington Airfield (measured on my MiRider GB3) x 2 = 2.2 miles approximately - an amazing line up. The runway is 3km long or 1.864 miles end to end so that's around 60% of the runway full of vans and even more with the stalls, marquees and stage!

The team did a fantastic job of organising the festival and it was great to meet so many van enthusiasts.
