In this video dr karthikeyan explains about the seizure (fits) disorders by using animation. He explains about the different types of seizures with the help of videos and pictures. The video then moves on to explain how the brain gets damaged. High fever, head injury, sleeplessness, alcohol withdrawal,stress, bright light, patterns, brain tumour, diabetes, alzheimers, lack of oxygen to brain and vasulitis are emphasized as the main causes for seizure disorders and epilepsy. Doctor karthikeyan ends the video by explaining about first aid tips during seizure attack and methods to detoxify brain. He explains about food stuffs and diets such as ketogenic diet, paleo diet, atkins diet and how it helps in prevention of seizure attack and brain cell regeneration. As a final tip, he explains about the various surgical and medical treatment methods for treatment of seizure disorder and epilepsy.
