About Sahej and Chen
Sahej Rahal is primarily a storyteller. His performances, installations, sculptures, paintings, films and AI programs narrate an absurd mythology that interrogates the narratives shaping our present. Chen Qiufan (a.k.a. Stanley Chan) is a fiction writer, screenwriter, and columnist who has published fiction in venues such as People’s Literature, Youth Literature, Science Fiction World, Esquire, and Chutzpah!.

About the Digital Earth Fellowship:
The 2020-2021 iteration of the Digital Earth Fellowship focussed on investigating The Planetary Sensorium and how we can imagine a humane digital earth to come, as we pan the camera out to a planetary scale. Taking theme The Planetary Sensorium as their starting point, the fellows have worked together to explore this theme through a variety of mediums, methodologies, and senses.
