2022 is on and I'm super excited to start a new training year. I want to share my goals with you, as well as talk a little bit about some good principles of goal setting in endurance running.

2021 was a good year for me. It started out building up from scratch after an injury and just vowing to get to 2022 injury free and ready to train seriously. I slowly built up my volume and added in intensity along the way. I rehabilitated from the injury and feel stronger and fitter than ever. I set a personal best in the half marathon (1:28:48) and couldn't be happier!

Now for this new year I have new goals. Some of them are race plans, time goals etc. while others are more general goals like staying injury free and train consistently.
