Don't assume that military strength can be achieved only through nuclear weapons. Iran is an example of how drones and medium range missiles can bolster a country's military capabilities. And don't assume that military strength underlies economic growth. Japan is a wonderful example of this. And don't assume that underdeveloped and impoverished countries will remain so. South Korea is a great example of this.
