The #patagonia #BlackHoleDuffelbag is well-built for rugged adventures and comes in #40L, #55L, #70L, and #100L sizes. You’ll no doubt be sure to find one that meets your needs. I have the larger size and find it great for car camping and multi-day trips. There is plenty of room for clothing, a sleeping bag, and anything else you might need for a weekend away. I don’t like to overstuff a duffel as it can make it more difficult to locate items, and this bag is so roomy that it would take a lot of gear to fill it to capacity. There are also interior straps to cinch your gear down before closing the lid. The easy-access exterior pocket and interior mesh lid pockets are great for smaller items.

The 100L size weighs 3lb 10oz and is made of 100% recycled body fabric, lining, and webbing. The polyester ripstop has a weather-resistant laminate coating, and the padded base protects contents while also giving the bag structure. The duffel comes with ergonomic removable shoulder straps so you can wear it as a backpack (it’s a shame I lost mine!).

The main reason I purchased this duffel was for the light-colored interior. Most bags have a dark interior, and I find it difficult to find items especially when a lot of the gear in the bag is black. I’ve had this bag for quite a few years and it shows no signs of wear. It will no doubt last for many years to come.
