everyone's talking about uh, not putting their sharing of compensation in the MLS. I love this one. Yeah, I've heard like Zillow or not, Zillow. Uh, Google will just create its own thing that scrapes everybody's website. I've heard people say, let's create a new non MLS. I'm going to put in the comments section. I've heard all this.

James Dwiggins: Yeah, I'm going to put it on an airplane thing hanging from a plane flying through the air. Like what what do you what is your take on all of this.

Ed Zorn: Can I give you my favorite one? Because I absolutely love the creativity of the real estate field. I just love doing this stuff. My favorite was you take the last three numbers of the price and that becomes the point. So if it's if it's 1,250,000, my offer is 2.5%. I thought that one was, wow, you know, look at that. We didn't even do 250.

Keith Robinson: You would do like the the ones ten Common core.
