2. TERRITORY. For the licensed use of the composition hereunder, the Territory shall be worldwide (herein the “Territory).
3. GRANT OF RIGHTS. Broad rights for all media in and to the composition and

master recording thereof, including theatrical, all forms of television, video buy- out (including video cassettes, video discs and DVD), internet, in-context trailers, promotional and advertising use and all future technology or media now known or hereafter devised. The rights granted hereunder shall be limited to the use of the Composition throughout the Territory in and in connection with the Streaming for the term hereinafter set forth.
4. TERM. For the Licensed use of the composition hereunder the term shall be in perpetuity (herein “the Term”).
5. LICENSED USE. The Licensed use of the Composition hereunder shall be to use the above specified recording of the Composition by Matías Romero Acuña in synchronization or timed relation with meditationnatio content.
6. WARRANTY. Licensor represents and warrants that it owns or controls 100% of the copyright in and Composition for the Territory and that it has the right to grant this License.
7. INDEMNIFICATION. Licensor will indemnify and hold Licensee harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages and expenses including attorney fees and costs, arising from any breach by Licensor of its warranty hereunder, with the liability for any breach of said warranty limited to the amount of consideration received by Licensor as the Licensee Fee hereunder.
8. ADDITIONAL TERMS. The terms of this License Agreement and all obligations hereunder shall be binding on all heirs, successors and assigns and any assignment shall specifically provide that the assignee shall be responsible for any and all obligations hereunder. This License Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between Licensee and Licensor with respect to the subject matter hereof and no modification, amendment, waiver, termination or discharge of this agreement or any provision hereof shall be finding upon either party unless confirmed by a written instrument signed by both parties. No waiver or any provision or default hereunder shall affect the parties’ rights thereafter to enforce any other provision or to exercise any other rights or remedies arising out of this License Agreement.
