How to remove Waterpik shower head water flow regulator!!!

Okay so a got several requests on how to remove waterpik water flow regulator. On the newer Waterpik shower heads it may be yellow or red in color and looks like a filter. For this model its located in the joint section of the shower connector. just remove the filter in the back and pop the water flow regulator out.
