As children we were so innocent. Try to see your trauma impact through the eyes of the child you were, not the adult you are now.

Who Am I?
I grew up in chaos with a mentally ill mother and an alcoholic, abusive father. After foster care and years of sexual abuse, my nervous system was exhausted. Panic attacks, suicidal thoughts, depression, chronic illness, and years of medication shaped my life. I was constantly triggered, unable to drive, and living in survival mode.
After the birth of my daughter, my past came rushing back. I was overwhelmed, reactive, and afraid I was losing my mind. Healing for my children became my mission.
Through years of therapy, journaling, body-based work, reading, dream work, and spiritual insight, I slowly rebuilt my shattered life.
Today, my mind is like a calm river as if no trauma ever happened, no triggers, flashbacks, meds or panic attacks. I’m passionate about helping others find that peace.
I pieced together what truly worked. That process became my B.R.A.V.E. Method for Trauma Healing - the path I wish I’d had from the beginning.
Believe that healing is possible, I am proof.
