I was doing this job anyway and I thought it may be of interest to someone.
This is a kit car, not a particularly expensive one, but with a fibreglass body is quite low maintenance which works well for me.
I have been having problems for a while with it running lumpy on idle and popping and banging through the exhaust, and then more recently firing out of the Carb, 'sneezing' if you will.
I have an idea it may be the misab plate that is letting a small amount of air in,
so lets take a look....
