Frantic final seconds before a fatal plane crash in country Victoria | 7NEWS

The pilot of a light aircraft has been killed in a crash in the town of Redesdale just south of Bendigo.

Aviation experts say the plane was equipped with a recovery parachute which tragically may have been deployed seconds too late.
