Presence is a state we hear from Ramana Maharashi & Mooji, as well as Eckart Tolle, and being present, presence and presentness one of my favorite states and words.

Ramana Maharashi once answered his student, how to know about once spiritual journey or enlightenment.
It is not how many hours you meditate, it is about how much time per day you spend in Presence. (not his exact words, but the way it reaches me)

So, yes lets find more presence every day.
