After a routine flight from Lauriston Airport (TGPY; CRU), Carriacou, a departing Airbus A320 (JetBlue), an Arriving ATR 72 (LIAT), and terrain warranted a direct entry to the left downwind for Runway 10 at Maurice Bishop International Airport (TGPY; GND). This approach is also seasonally hampered by high-flying kites. The wind was initially down the runway, but it shifted during the downwind leg in the traffic pattern. The flight terminated in a crosswind landing.
