Hey everyone! In this video I talk about three foods (well... technically two foods and one group of foods) that can help reduce menstrual cramping. PLEASE NOTE: while these foods can help reduce inflammation and support a healthy period, they are by no means a magic pill that will 'cure' severe cramping. If you struggle with severe menstrual cramping (dysmenorrhea) it is important to talk to your doctor.
