Can you visit the Normandy beaches ? And which Normandy beach should you visit ?
When was operation overlord ? And where was operation overlord ? Who planned operation overlord ?

It's difficult to imagine how it really was on the landing beaches that 6th june 1944. But while in Normandy on a road trip, I understood everything much better. We visited Utah Beach and the Utah Beach Landing museum where I got the answer to most of my questions.

My advice if you have one day at the landing beaches ? Visit Utah Beach and Pointe du Hoc
