02 sACN // Setup and Monitoring -

Streaming-ACN lets you broadcast DMX channel values to your data network. From there it can be picked up by other devices and used for e.g visualization or Wireless-DMX / CRMX2 setups.

In this brief episode we are going to activate sACN on grandMA3 onPC.

CORRECTION: At ~2:25 I state that for each Universe you want to stream out, you need to add an entry to the sACN table. That's incorrect. You can just use one entry and set the Amount column to the number of Universes you want to stream out. Multiple entires are useful if you want to organize your network, e.g. have a Multicast stream and in addition a Unicast stream to a specific network participant. Unfortunately, YouTube does not yet allow me to add text overlays to my videos after upload.
