Sun Life Presents our 2020 Team Up Against Diabetes grant program recipients (2020)

This year, our Team Up Against Diabetes grant program awarded $250,000 to five organizations across the country. We focused on communities that were significantly impacted due to the Covid-19 pandemic and who needed the most support.

We launched the Team Up Against Diabetes grant program in 2016 to directly engage with community organizations and support their efforts to improve people's health, prevent type 2 diabetes, and empower those living with type 1 to take control of their health.
