This panel is the fifth instalment of a one-day conference in Accra co-organized by Girish Daswani (University of Toronto Scarborough) and Joseph Oduro-Frimpong (Ashesi University).

"Popular Culture, Art & Activism" brought together several Ghanaian artist-activists and academics working on Political Cartoons, Music and Spoken Word, Photography, Literature, Art and Feminist Activism.
