If someone would ask you, why you are working or want to work in that industry, what would you say? We all have our motives and reasons: I need a Job, I need money to pay my bills, it is the family business, that is what I studied in school, ...

Those reasons are all valid. But can it be that there is something more profound that can motivate us to do our best in the payment industry?
