On the eve of the 2019 Rugby World Cup, Siya and Rachel sat in the hotel hallway. They discussed their social responsibility following the influence they would gain by winning the Rugby World Cup – and so, the Kolisi Foundation was birthed through the desire to change the story of inequality in South Africa.

Did you know that no social issue exists in isolation? Individuals experience a multitude of interconnected challenges, and by integrating our focus areas - namely Food Security, Education & Sports Development and Gender-Based Violence, we can adopt a more holistic approach towards changing the stories of inequality to see thriving communities.
