Speaking on the Senate Floor a little more than a week after a mass shooting at the Annunciation Church in south Minneapolis left two children dead and more than 20 wounded, Sen. Amy Klobuchar pleaded for colleagues to pass stricter gun control measures, saying we need to “pray for action” in addition to praying for the victims.
