Fried Hard Shell Crab is a dish enjoyed in the area I am from. You can cook them with leftover crab, already cooked crab, or live crab. When I was younger they used to have fish fries and crab fries at the church I attended.

use hot sauce instead of water
Seafood Seasoning
black pepper
season to taste
mix according to the direction
