Getting Started: Using Scheduler, Logging Squawks & Adding Flights

Learn how to use Coflyt's™ scheduler, log squawks, add flights and share flight reports.

Use Coflyt™ as the centralized place to schedule and view aircraft reservations in real-time; simplifying and streamlining communication between partners and flight clubs. Log squawks in Coflyt™ if there is anything that needs to be worked on or communicated to your ownership team about the aircraft. Once added, squawks are instantly and accessible by your A&P, partners and anyone included in your ownership circle.

Flights can be easily added to Coflyt™ in Tach time, Hobbs time or both. Once published, flight information is instantly accessible by your ownership circle and is automatically saved into the Reporting section. From Reports, your flights can be sent to friends and family and shared on social media.
