Theme Hospital is an excellent hospital management game all about how a hospital should not be run if you care more about your patients than your bottom line. In short, it's quite realistic. :-p

The humor of this game, subtle and unsubtle alike, is what made me crave playing it again. Visitors suffer from both vaguely familiar and quite exotic maladies, and it's up to you to find the best way to profit on them - and maybe even cure a few patients while you're at it.

If all else fails, break out the shotgun and hunt the rats infesting your hospital since you chose not to hire a janitor to clean up all the mess caused by you not building toilets or garbage cans. People are sick, and this game brings it all out, along with a healthy dose of merriment.
