This week has been a full-on behind-the-scenes one — equal parts stress, problem-solving, and relief.

We were so close to moving into our Philippines office… furniture was in, internet was being set up, and we were just waiting on electricity. Then on Friday, everything changed. The owners suddenly wanted to cap how many people could work in the space (plus restrictions on security cameras and our Starlink dish)… even though none of that was part of the original agreement.

So I made the call to walk away — because we’re growing, and I can’t risk the team being stuck in a space that won’t support us long-term.
In this vlog, I take you through the real reality of building internationally — the red flags, the chaos of staff working from home with power and internet dropouts, and then the huge win… finding a new commercial space in the heart of Dumaguete that actually suits the team and our future growth.
