Trelina, Pepper, and Crescent Moon

I am in the Certified Zentangle Teacher (CZT) group in Facebook and my friend Yehudit Steinberg recently asked for guidance for what tangles go together to create a cohesive design. Several people responded that all patterns should work together, according to the Zentangle method. So, I suggested that we might consider putting all the January 2022 pattern names from the Tangle 365: Daily Bite-Sized Prompts into a jar and randomly pick out patterns. I randomly picked the three that are in this video, plus another one that didn’t work out well on the tile. I’ve seen this done many times, and I really enjoyed how this tile turned out.

Pepper and Crescent Moon by Zentangle, Inc.

Additional patterns shown in the blue Zendala are Flux (Zentangle) and Ripped Screen (Alice Hendon, CZT)
