A Java Plum cooler which is a refreshing and soothing beverage made with jamun juice and a few spices. Those who enjoy the fruit will undoubtedly enjoy this beverage.

It's simple, quick to make, and absolutely gorgeous. It is considerably more enticing to drink because of the hue.

Ingredients

250 gram Jamun/Java Plum
2 Cups Water
3 Tbsp. Maple syrup (or Honey)
½ tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp. Black Salt
½ tsp. Salt
5-6 Ice cubes
3-4 fresh Mint leaves

Instructions:
Clean the java plums, then put them in a pan. Bring it to a boil after adding water.Now simmer and add salt, black salt, crushed roasted cumin, and syrup.
The pulp should begin to separate from the seeds after another 15 minutes of simmering. Remove from heat, then let it cool. Mash all of the java plums with a potato masher before pressing and straining the liquid.
To avoid making the beverage bitter, avoid crushing the seeds.
Add the lemon juice after pouring.
Grab our fav glass, wipe the rims with a lemon wedge.
Now coat the rims with salt.
Pour the Java Plum cooler in glass filled with mint sprigs and ice cubes, then serve.
