2 extra tips:
1: When hitting high back to the opponents, try to move them side to side on back court, so their next shot might be with less quality, then you can move a bit forward attacking the next shot👍🏻

2: If you are very short or maybe a mixed women's player, you can take these types of shots by standing in a deep squat and hitting it over your head while you move forward😉
