British Airways Economy Class in 2024 | Upper Deck on the A380 from London Heathrow to Miami

British Airways. They're a household name, brand and airline but in recent years, seem to have attracted negative attention due to cost cutting and competition from low cost carriers. In this trip report, I'll be flying upper deck economy on this flight from London Heathrow's Terminal 5 from London Heathrow to Miami on a 10 year old Airbus A380, to see for myself if BA really are as bad as they say.

I'll show you around the hotel I stayed in, the Hilton Garden inn Heathrow Airport, take you through Terminal 5 onto the A380 where we'll look at the seat, the food, drinks and service offered on this 9 hour flight, the cabin and then my thoughts and feelings upon landing in Miami.
