Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Tamarind - lemon size
Chana dal - 1tbsp
Dhania - 2 tbsp
Red chillies - 4 to 5
Coconut (grated) - 1 cup
Small onion (Shallots) - 1 cup
All In All podi - 1 tbsp
Sesame oil - 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Hing - small size
Methi seeds - 1/2 tsp
Green chillies - 4
Tomato - 1 chopped
Curry leaves - 1 strip
Coriander leaves - 1 strip
Salt - to taste
