Full body vs split training: which is better? In this video I discuss the pros and cons of using a full body split vs using push pull legs, upper lower, or body part split. I sum everything up to give you recommendations on whether you should train full body, and how to do some optimally.

This will apply to natural bodybuilders of all experience levels and different numbers of days in the gym. I also give you some tips on high frequency full body training (4 or more times per week per muscle group).
