Chen Lijun - Yue Opera Actress

Chen Lijun (born 1992) is a prominent Chinese Yue Opera actress known for her specialization in the Xiaosheng (young male) role type. Born in Shengzhou, Zhejiang Province, Chen was exposed to Yue Opera from a young age. She attended the Shengzhou Yue Opera Art School, initially training in the Huadan (young female) role type, before transitioning to Xiaosheng after joining the Xiaobaihua class in 2013. Chen gained widespread acclaim for her lead role in "New Dragon Gate Inn" (2023-2024) and her participation in the 2024 fifth season of "Sisters Who Make Waves."
