Western Australia Windsurfing Trip December 2023

I was lucky enough to score great conditions in WA again in December 2023.

Another brilliant 'Windsurf Boost Camp' at Coronation Beach with coaches Justyna Sniady, Jorge Vera Garcia (Dr Windsurf) and world champ Scotty McKercher.

The whole crew were well up for it too - I met some amazing people from around the world.

Then hot winds came from the eastern deserts and a bushfire threatened lives and property until 100 firefighters contained the fire which had burnt over 1,000 hectares. Coronation Beach and access roads were closed but fortunately re-opened in time for week two when the wind kicked in again.

On my way back down the coast, I met with Mark S and scored a cheeky wave-sail at Lancelin, South Passage before my flight back to Adelaide.
