The Separatist Droid army used numerous impressive starfighters. The top 5 were, in no particular order (you'll have to watch the video for that!):

The Droid Starfighter: Also known as the vulture droid, this cheap starfighter was controlled by a droid brain and often fielded in great numbers.

The Ginivex class Starfighter: a take on Dooku's solar sailer, this ship was extraordinarily fast and well shielded.

The droid tri-fighter: we see this ship appear at the battle of Coruscant, as it shreds Arc 170's to shreds.

The Geonosian starfighter: long, pointy, only to be operated by Geonosians, and deadly.

The Belbullab-22: a well armed starfighter, one of which was modified and used by General Grevious.
