In this Friday episode, we are on the road in the GREAT BEER STATE of MICHIGAN!! We taste, review, and rate, from MIDLAND BREWING COMPANY, in Midland, Michigan, their ROLLWAY IPA. So, the "ROLLWAY" is a lumberjack term: It was the part of the river where they would roll the logs down to get them from one place to the other. Easy transportation, I guess!! I wonder if we should roll this beer? Well, it is made with CENTENNIAL HOPS, so we do not want to mash up the flavors. And, also, I am sure that we do not want the brew to explode as well!! I am going to take a chance. Time to roll this brew down my gullet and get this review started!!
