This machine is highly automated multi-functional machine integrated with bottle inside washing, product filling section, three nitrogen injecting sections, cap placing section and capping-corking section. Machine has the maximum speed of 3000bph for 750ml bottles.
a)Machine parts are made of 304 stainless steel and safety doors are made of tempered glass following the CE standard.
b)Equipment does not have any sharp edges or sharp corners.
c)Door limit switches are installed to stop the machine when a door is opened to ensure safety.
d)Equipped with an air/water guns for cleaning purposes.
e)Emergency buttons are installed at convenient locations to have easy access.
f)LED light strips are installed inside the equipment to increase the visibility in a dark environment.
g)Conveyor belt is installed with a drip tray.
h)Star wheel, bottle guide board and bottle loading screw have quick and easy replacement mechanism.
i)Overload protection devices are installed in the star wheels to stop the machine if a bottle is stuck in a star wheel.
j)Each section does not function without bottles.
k)Each section has a simple and convenient electrical height adjustment system with a height adjustment structure and nitrogen injecting section has a simple manual height adjustment.
l)Washing section has water spraying and air spraying sections which can be customized.
m)Nitrogen injecting section removes air from the bottle before injecting nitrogen to increase the quality.
n)Filling valve adopts liquid level type low vacuum filling.
o)Filling valves remove air from the bottle before filling product.
p)Liquid flows down along the bottle inner wall without spilling, does not overflow during filling and no dripping after filling.
q)Filling valve has a simple manual filing volume level adjustment system.
r)Nitrogen can be stored in the tank to prevent the filling liquid from being oxidized.
s)Capping head operates with uniform force, has a good sealing quality, no scratches on cap and no leaking after capping.
t)Nitrogen is injected into bottle before capping.
u)Cork is squeezed and gently punched into the bottle mouth without any damage to the bottle.
v)Before corking task, nitrogen in injected into the bottle after removing air.
