Ok friends! I am so excited to share my daniel fast journey with you! This is my 5th year doing it. And each year has been BRUTAL on day 1. And for the first time I feel good on day 1! PTL!!!

Here is a list of my food:

Daniel fast day 1:

👉🏻 breakfast: diced tomatoes with mushrooms, squash, garlic, and topped with salsa.

👉🏻 snack: Lara bar

👉🏻 lunch: beans and rice mixed with a little hot sauce. Corn thin crackers.

👉🏻 snack: plant based cilantro jalapeño dip with jicama sticks.

👉🏻 dinner: black bean veggie burger (I did find out these particular veggie burgers do have egg whites In It… so not vegan. I was thinking I might still eat them since i bought them. And I am on a budget.) Air fried tater tots. And an orange.

👉🏻 coffee: ok please don’t judge the coffee! I know the Daniel fast does NOT allow caffeine. But I feel ok with drinking it. God is all about grace and mercy! And I feel like with my kids I NEEEED coffee. I am giving up dairy, meat, and sugar! So there is my teeny rant 😜.
