Quick-Release Spring Bars make changing your strap and customising your watch a quick and easy process. Sometimes however, quick-release bars are not for you. Follow this simple tutorial to remove the spring bars from your watch strap.

Tools Needed:
Watch Strap with QR Spring bars
Spring bar tool with a fork end
Set of non-QR spring bars
•
Step One: Push the spring bar to the left of the strap.
Step Two: Using the forked end of your tool, ply the end of the spring bar out of the hole.
Step Three: Push the other end of the bar and remove it completely by hand.
Step Four: Repeat this process for the other side of the strap.
Step Five: Insert your new non-QR spring bars into place.
Step Six: Fit to your watch.
