Palak / Spinach leaves (optional) - 1 cup chopped
Coriander leaves / Kothmir - 2 Tablespoon chopped
Curry leaves / Kadi patta - 1 Tablespoon chopped
Onion (optional) - 1 Big chopped
Green chilli - 1 Teaspoon or as per taste
Ginger/Adrak - 1 Teaspoon finely grated
Jeera powder/ Cumin powder - 1 Teaspoon
Salt - 1 Teaspoon or as per taste.
Water - As required
Oil or Ghee/Clarified butter - As required
