In this video, I go in-depth on the negative impacts of buying followers on Instagram and TikTok for personal and business accounts. When I say "buy followers" I mean any folks who are putting money toward boosting their content or utilizing follow-for-follow or like-for-like type sites (which some make you pay) to boost their reach or following on sites like Instagram and TikTok. Platforms like TikTok make it really easy to boost content these days on the fly with money but I don't feel it's best to take this route when building a following or promoting your content. I've never put promotion dollars behind my content and have achieved tens of millions of views still. If you're not getting the reach you want, the issue is most likely not going to be solved with money and you'll have to switch your content creation strategy (which I talk about a lot in my other videos).
