In everyday English, sentences such as “So am I.”, “So can I.”, “Neither should you.”, “Neither will they.”, are very common. They are actually a response to a previous sentence uttered by the person you are talking with.

For instance, the person you are talking with says:
A: I drink coffee every morning.
If you also drink coffee every morning, you would respond:
B: So do I.

Another example. The person you are talking with says:
A: I didn’t go out last Saturday.
If you didn’t go out last Saturday either, you would say:
B: Neither did I.

These are just a few examples of this kind of sentences. But there are 240 of them in total. Because this kind of sentences are frequently used in everyday English, having access to all of them is critical for an English learner.

In this video we are going to learn how to generate all of these 240 So & Neither sentences. To do that we need a PHP function. We will call this function gen_all_240_SN_s(). This function has no arguments. Its output is an array that contains all 240 So & Neither sentences.
