Time and time again I've seen the Genshin community ignore issues in the game. "The game is free" "Just enjoy it" "Stop being ungrateful" I've heard all the excuses. Hopefully this video can serve as a warning to people who intend to try the game out, and a wake up call to a community that is complacent beyond belief.
