Da Jammies "5 Kids 1 Dream 2 B Famous!"

While enrolled at a performing arts middle school, five talented tweens band together to form a hip-hop and R&B group in this animated musical series. Mall in the Family - Dolla rejects a kid who idolizes him and wants to join Da Jammies, until the group discovers that their huge fan is homeless.

Da Jammies Combining hip-hop dance, music and fashion in a way never before seen in animation, Da Jammies follows six diverse 'tweens from the suburbs attending a performing arts middle school, who form a group in hopes of making it to the 'big time.' With support from their genius friend Einny, Da Jammies -- Novelist, Dolla, MoMo, Seven and Lala -- study singing, dancing and music to prepare for a run at superstardom, learning big life lessons along the way. Together they learn that the road to success, while a bumpy one, can still be navigated with hard work, dedication and most of all belief in oneself.

Da Jammies centers around a group of kids that are friends who attend a performing arts school where they struggle to balance real-life issues with their dreams of making it as entertainers. The co-leader "Dolla" (William "Dolla" Chapman II) is known as the "quick tempered, rapping, dancer", who believes that Da Jammies do not practice enough and seems to have a short fuse with his bandmates. However that is all balanced out with the co-leader of the group "Novelist" (Aulsondro "Novelist" Hamilton) the "peace keeping, rapping best friend" who always have a solution for the crews success. The rest of the members of Da Jammies are "Momo" (Alisa Reyes) the "one with the universe" earthy poet with a bubbly personality, then theres "LaLa" (Dani Nicolet) the "Singing Diva" who believes in no one but herself that can sometimes be very rude and unapologetic with out realizing it. Then there is "Seven" (Anderson Johnson Jr.) the "soulful crooner" that is alway trying to be helpful and has two loves in his life, "LaLa" and food.
