Why does Rotten Tomatoes even matter?

This is my Venom film review. This is a Venom spoiler review for the most part. Why does Rotten Tomatoes hate Venom so much from a critic aspect? It is not a bad movie. It is a good film. The Venom fan reaction is much better than the critics. The fans enjoyed the movie. I enjoyed the movie. It is not a perfect movie but it is very entertaining. We get a great fight scene of Venom vs Riot and good action throughout the movie. It is a funny film as well. Will this movie do well at the box office? Have you or will you see it?
